E-Gift Card Terms

By purchasing a Marble Jar E-Gift Card, you agree to our E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Marble Jar E-Gift Cards are digital gift cards sent by email and are redeemable online only at marblejar.co.uk.

E-Gift Cards can be used towards Marble Jar brownie boxes, blondies, dessert gifts and eligible online products.

E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded after purchase, or used to purchase another gift card.

E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will no longer be available.

If the full value of the E-Gift Card is not used in one order, the remaining balance can be used towards a future online order before the expiry date.

If the order total is higher than the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout using another accepted payment method.

Marble Jar is not responsible for E-Gift Cards sent to an incorrect email address entered at checkout. Please check recipient details carefully before completing your purchase.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

Promotional discounts may not be applied to the purchase of E-Gift Cards unless clearly stated.

Marble Jar reserves the right to review, pause or cancel an E-Gift Card where we reasonably believe there has been an error, misuse, unauthorised activity or payment issue.
