This exquisite centre is enveloped within a deeply chocolatey brownie created using premium cocoa bean, rich butter, fresh eggs and finely milled British wheat flour. The result is a dense, velvety crumb with exceptional richness and character.

Studded with dark chocolate and finished with a delicate touch of sea salt, each bite reveals a harmonious balance of sweetness and depth. Silken in texture and beautifully balanced, it brings a gentle richness and warmth that invites every bite to be savoured.
