Returns and Refunds Policy

At Marble Jar, every order is prepared with care and sent as a perishable food product. For food safety, hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on brownies, blondies, confectionery or any other edible items once they have been dispatched.

Perishable Goods

Our products are made for consumption within a limited shelf-life period. Because of this, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded where:

  • The customer changes their mind
  • The order has already been dispatched
  • The customer no longer wants the product
  • The delivery is missed, refused or not collected in time
  • Incorrect delivery details were provided at checkout
  • The product has been stored incorrectly after delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery using our Contact page.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure the delivery address, postcode, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order. Marble Jar cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, missed deliveries or delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

Food Safety

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot resell or reuse returned food items. Please store your order according to the guidance provided and consume within the recommended shelf-life.

We want every Marble Jar order to arrive beautifully and be enjoyed as intended. If something has genuinely gone wrong, we will always review it fairly, professionally and in line with UK consumer law.
